1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phl8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the phl8 gaming platform operating at phl8.net and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the phl8 website at phl8.net, including all games, features, promotional tools, and content accessible through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the phl8 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on phl8.net through which the Player accesses the Platform and its services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit amount granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to Players through phl8.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1   By registering an Account on phl8.net, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the phl8 Privacy Policy, and any additional game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phl8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.

2.3   If you are accessing phl8 on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. Regardless, all account registration must be conducted in the Player's own legal name and for the Player's personal use only.

2.4   phl8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

3. Eligibility

3.1   To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on phl8, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum legal age for online casino participation applicable in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a phl8 employee or affiliated entity.
• You do not currently hold another active Account on phl8 and have not previously had an Account permanently suspended or closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms.
• You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other person or commercial entity.

3.2   phl8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process, at withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your phl8 Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify phl8 promptly of any changes via the support team.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. phl8 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Bonus Funds forfeited. phl8 reserves the right to withhold winnings accumulated through a duplicate Account pending further investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. phl8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify phl8 support immediately.

4.4 KYC Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR-aligned anti-money laundering and player protection requirements, phl8 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or other government-issued photo ID. phl8 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address and source of funds.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1   phl8 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-relevant payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

5.2   All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. phl8 will not process deposits made from accounts or instruments belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3   phl8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. phl8 is not responsible for any fees, currency conversion costs, or delays imposed by third-party payment processors.

5.4   All transactions on phl8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor.

5.5   Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from phl8's operational funds in accordance with player protection standards. Deposits are not interest-bearing.

6. Withdrawals

6.1   Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your phl8 Account at any time, subject to account verification status and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where possible.

6.2   KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed. phl8 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until all required documentation has been received and verified.

6.3   phl8 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and Maya — same business day; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) — one to three business days; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Coins.ph) — same business day. These timeframes are indicative only and not contractually guaranteed. phl8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4   Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page. Withdrawals below the stated minimum may not be processed and will be returned to your Account balance.

6.5   phl8 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering risk, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, phl8 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1   phl8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds or bet size requirements where applicable.

7.2   Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request submitted while a wagering requirement is active may result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

7.3   phl8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-cycle due to changes in phl8's promotional programme, any completed wagering progress will be honoured on a pro-rata basis at phl8's discretion.

7.4   Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in coordinated wagering designed to minimise risk across accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and related winnings.

7.5   phl8 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion. Eligibility determinations are final.

8. Gaming Rules

8.1   All games available on phl8 are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface or the relevant game information section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

8.2   phl8 games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios operated by licensed third-party providers. phl8 does not manipulate game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the game system.

8.3   In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phl8 will endeavour to resolve the situation in accordance with the affected game's error-handling protocol. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical error, the wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account Balance.

8.4   phl8 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or on outcomes already determined at the time of betting. phl8 will notify affected Players and return voided stakes to their Account Balance.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1   phl8 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling in line with PAGCOR-aligned player protection standards. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to Responsible Gaming Tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2   Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and wagering limits from within their Account settings. Once a limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the specified cooling-off period has elapsed. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour review period.

9.3   Self-exclusion requests submitted to the phl8 support team will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their Account, and phl8 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from receiving marketing communications. Any self-exclusion request should be directed to the support team via live chat.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phl8 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on phl8.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any security feature or technical control of the Platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in live games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain rather than reporting them to phl8.

10.2   Where prohibited conduct is identified, phl8 may — without limiting any other remedy — immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold and void any pending withdrawals and Account Balance, report the conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and take civil or criminal legal action as appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1   All content on phl8.net — including but not limited to the phl8 name, logo, trade marks, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phl8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phl8's prior written consent.

11.3   Any unauthorised use of phl8 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss beyond the amount deposited and held in your Account at the time the cause of action arose.

12.2   phl8 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. phl8 will endeavour to provide notice of planned maintenance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

12.3   Nothing in these Terms shall limit phl8's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by phl8's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1   phl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — phl8 will provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2   For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions that extend your rights — phl8 may publish the revised Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13.3   Your continued use of phl8 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14.2   In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phl8's support team. phl8 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

14.3   Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phl8's regulatory compliance obligations under PAGCOR-aligned standards apply in parallel with these dispute resolution provisions.
